BKarktic3,

A common mis-conception on this forum is when people think that coilovers "with EDC" retain your EDC adjustability. You lose the adjustablity the moment you install a manually dampening control system; Bilsten, KW, Ohlin, etc etc etc.

There is no difference. The question is do I have EDC delete modules, and the answer is no.

These, and all coilover sysmes, work with EDC and non-EDC cars, it's just a question of does your car have the EDC setting, and will it need to be disabled.

You can run this on a car with no EDC without a problem. Or you can run this car that is currently equipped with EDC and do 1 of 3 things:

1. Get the modules that trick the car into thinking that the EDC is still operational, and not throw a light on your dash, even though you obviously lost the EDC capability.

2. Code out the light completely via some coding.

3. Live with the light on your dash.

Whichever you choose - your car will perform the same.

I had KW in the past on several of my cars, and I wanted to try out Bilstein on this car - no remorse. Never tried Ohlins personally, but heard great things. I am not an avid track goer, so paying more for adjustability I won't need, wan't worth it. Bilstein was right for me

I'll snap some pics for you this weekend.

FYI - EDC vs Non-EDC uses different top mounts in the rear. You would need to replace them depending on which version the Bilsteins are designed for - relative to what you have. It's a cheap part that only costs around $20 IIRC.

So will these fit vehicles with edc? Only reason I ask is because after some research the rear struts are different diameter. If they do fit edc equipped car I'm very interested

My car had EDC, ran them for about 8500 miles. All good.

One more question. When it comes to camber plates which ones would work on these?

I would assume any camber plates meant for aftermarket setups would work fine.
