The seats were borrowed from G80 M3.

Bravo!! well done, people cry about weight gain, here is major weight loss yet there's barely any excitement for having accomplished this feat.
I see no issue with the rear bucket seats. This is a purpose built car, if you want a 5 passenger car then get the M5C. Passengers are over rated anyway. Of course somebody will allude to that being the nail in the coffin for their purported acquisition.

Accurate. Most of these that will be bought will spend their days in a hermetically sealed garage where the owner just stares at it, and imagines taking the car to the limits it’s capable of rather than actually doing it.

I hope that weight reduction is legit because it is pretty darn impressive. Price came in even slightly under the 145k I had hoped. Not that I can afford it either way.

Bravo BMW!!! This reminds me why I still love BMW. Some of the recent product launches really made me question the brand and direction it's going, but this is a nice reminder that BMW hasn't completely lost its touch. This is one sick beast.

There's no way you can hate this car. Consider the automotive landscape and what cars are required to have and all the regulations they need to pass, this might not make sense, a 4,000 pound sport saloon but if you're looking for sporty, this is what it looks like today. I'm not talking about 911 or more true sports cars. If we're talking super saloons, I'm taking any iteration of the M5 over an E63, RS6 (Avant) or any competitor in this segment.
