Anyone here still stuck on quality check? It's been month and half now for me. Production started July 15th. Anyone able to get any kind of update regarding this, please share.

The car I was *going* to buy has been stuck on quality check since the beginning of August! I think cars in this status must be waiting on parts that are simply not yet available.
I resorted to searching for cars on lots exclusively, and got lucky. I think it's a total crapshoot and will continue to get worse before it gets better, unfortunately. |

It is now finally getting on a ship. Never found out the reason for the delay only that several other cars were stuck like that as well, I would assume waiting on some part due to the shortages. |

Ports are incredibly backed up and some cars are being shipped without certain parts; those parts are being shipped to port to be installed onsite in US. It's a mess and hopefully it will be sorted out sooner rather than later. Sit tight it's not just you....

I just got informed of a STOP DELIVERY. CS is at the port. "delivery stop Receiver Audio Module (RAM)".
Shit I wonder how long this will take and will they put it on a ship while they wait or wait then ship???

I read over in the M3/M4 forum that some of these RAM recalls were going to start being cleared in early October. Mine was just cleared today and another M8 I was watching was cleared and released this week as well. Both had been "at the port" for about 6 weeks.
