My understanding is that under normal braking one set of brake lights light up. Under heavy braking, a second set of brake lights are activated. In the EU, when ABS is activated, the brake lights are flashed. I had this latter "EU flashing" feature activated on my E92 through coding

Do they blink (strobe) or does the secondary lamp illuminate?
Some hyundais have a strobe feature (under normal braking) which I think is very useful in the texting-while-driving world (nation?) in which I currently live & drive. |

yep...I will be coding that in when I get my car back... There were some cars that were doing the flashing thing though so I'm not sure if in this particular video I didn't ABS it and that's why there is no flashing or what..
