Meguiars hot rim wheel cleaner
Hi all I have a bottle of this not sure id it safe on diamond cut rims ? it says safe on all clear coated rims on the back it says corrosive
any thoughts chaps |

Sure, it's fine. Don't leave it on too long (don't let it dry) and don't apply it in sunlight. You don't want to be using it weekly - best to seal/wax your alloys so brake dust and contaminants don't stick to them. |

+1 to sealing them, takes all the energy and hassle out of having alloys, shampoo and wash MIT on sealed alloys = clean in seconds.

Personally, I would go for a milder wheel cleaner, however if you are careful and wash off quickly yes should be fine.
However, best bet is to get some sealant first, clean them, wash n dry n then apply sealant.
