Oil leak due to added pressure?

I have an oil pan leak, my indy mechanic stated that with my engine being on the rather high milage side (108k miles) that when i fix the oil leak, that it is possible that the added pressure due to sealing the oil leak will probably cause a new oil leak somwhere else...so far i have fixed myself the ofhg, vcg, and turbo return line oil leaks...what do u guys think of his theory

Yeah I would find a new indy and in CA I'm sure they're a dime a dozen.
