Cool Introduction

Hey all. I have been lurking the forums for some time. I am an avid BMW 3-series lover. I have owned (4) in my lifetime and enjoyed all of them.

I had (3) E30's and (1) E36 Vert.

I just picked up an 07' E92 to replace my Chrysler 300 and I am very happy with it.

I love BMWs for the ability to add factory mods.

I have owned a custom Hot Rod shop for many years. Welding, wiring and painting to me is lots of fun.

Definite Mods I plan on doing:
~Lowering - Koni Yellows/HK sport Springs seem the best (sits too High!! )
~Sirius; since I'm already pre-wired and I have a current account
~I would like to add a monitor for DVD/Music/Nav, but from what Im reading...what an effort that will be having L7 system - I may consider putting all factory Nav stuff in...still weighing options Radio is so boring!
~Add sub in trunk or aftermarket amp for under seat subs using Technics wiring harness
~Rims and Tires (BMW 230 style) - got some serious curb rash on these
~Engine mods...little by little
~& ensure maintenance is all caught up

I look forward to learning much from you all.

Nice ride, reminds me so much of my car the day I drove it off the dealer's lot. Welcome!

Nice ride - look forward to watching your progress. But seriously, I'd take your 189 rims over 230s any day! Refinishing may be the best route!

I am torn between the two rim styles. I have to get new tires soon...if I get 18's...ill stick with these and replace or fix the rashed ones.

Thanks for the compliments...there are some awesome looking rides on this forum.

Nice car man. I like those rims actually, the star spokes may be a tad too thick for my liking but they still look nice.

Welcome! Looks just like my car did when I brought it home.

I'd put maintenance on the top of the list before anything.
