Help!! Metal scraping noise from rear... rotor shield?
So I recently noticed a metal scraping noise on slow acceleration.
If I kick or hit that rear tire I can hear the brake dust cover / rotor cover thats behind the rotor make noise. None of my other wheels make this noise. I tried hitting that little metal cover to see if a pebble fell out but nothing did. I'm going to take the wheel off when I get home and take a look. Any suggestions? How does that cover come off?

Yeah, check to make sure the brake shield hasn't bent up towards the rotor

Man, if it's not the shield, it can be a few things, and without being there to look it over, it's going to be hard to come up with a diagnosis. Is the sound coming from the wheel well, or the actual control arm/brake area?
