JB4, JB4, JB4, JB4. Also, a JB4
Then a BMS Performance Intake to feed the beast. Then catless down pipe so the beast can poop.

You have a 2011 so you have the N55 engine, "Twin Scroll" instead of "Twin Turbo" so whenever someone says DCI (Dual cone intake), for us with the N55 it means a Performance intake, I have the BMS (Burger Tuning) intake and I love it. This is because we only have 1 turbo. You can verify this by looking at your engine cover, it will say "Twin Power"
If you're going to starting upgrading the breathing of the engine (Intake, down pipes, exhaust, etc.) it pays to have a tune first. My choice for tuning is a piggyback, I use the JB4 and it kicks ass. As for the performance exhaust, the only thing it does is sound better, and it does it quite well. There is a way to modify your stock exhaust to sound almost identical to the PE and a muffler shop should be able to do it for 250-300 bucks. Here's a link to the quite lengthy thread regarding it. Also, theres a PDF in the thread somewhere with instructions to give to the shop. http://www.e90post.com/forums/showthread.php?t=739970 http://www.e90post.com/forums/showthread.php?t=965500

How about CPO upgrades such as Power Performance Kit and Performance Exhaust?
If you are doing so many other upgrades worth thousands, why not get an M3?

Never really looked into the PPK, since I have the JB4 I don't think its really necessary. M3s are expensive!! Whatever car I have I'm going to mod. I can't afford the M3 AND the mods for it

There are so many things you can do. Assuming you have a base model,
I'd start with: tint, black window trim, mtech front, rear, sides, black grill, color matched reflectors, drop, charge pipe, tune, downpipe.

It is the piping connecting your turbos to the rest of the exhaust. The advantage is that you will be able to allow less restriction, making more power. If you get the catless one, it will also sound a lot better.
