2006/56 335i SE Automatic
Titanium Silver Black leather Currently 39.2k miles which may go up as the car is being used Options from new: Professional Navigation (incl. voice control) Bluetooth Heated front seats Electric folding mirrors Park distance control front and rear Split folding rear seats (useful for carrying large items or luggage) 19" Style 230 alloy wheels Enhancements - in car entertainment Full OEM CIC navigation install including Combox (original CCC system can be supplied by negotiation) OEM DAB radio install CIC/DAB installed by Makkan from this forum BMW Alpine audio upgrade (installed by BMW dealer) Enhancements - Performance AR Catted Downpipes Eisenmann rear boxes (original mufflers with Dimisa tips can be supplied by negotiation) BMS dual cone air intake (original intake to be supplied with car) Birds B3 suspension (incl. uprated ARBs and new sub-frame bushes) Quaife LSD M3 strut brace ETS inter-cooler Evolve Stage 2 tune. Enhancements - Other OEM DCT paddle shift (original paddles supplied with car) New OEM M-Sport multifunction steering wheel Interior trim wrapped in 3M vinyl (carbon fibre) Mirrors programmed to fold when locked BMW Performance handbrake + gaiter BMW Performance shifter + gaiter (for automatic transmission) M-sport side skirts to be supplied with car (not yet fitted, bought recently from forum-member) Aerokit rear bumper to be supplied with car (not yet fitted, bought recently from forum-member, supplied with 330i diffuser but requires dual-tail pipe diffuser) Dimisa 4" exhaust tips (available if original mufflers are purchased with the car) M359-style wheels in hyper silver, purchased from CM Wheels a few months ago (OEM style 230 wheels available for purchase by negotiation) Brand new LCI rear lights purchased but not fitted (available by negotiation) Immaculate condition, some minor stone chips but nothing too deep/worrying. Only recent issue was a transmission fluid leak (not uncommon, as I discovered with some research here on the forum). Had the repair carried out by a main BMW dealer with invoices to evidence. The car was known on e90 post before I purchased it, and the previous owner ("Mike-in-Hampshire") was meticulous in looking after the car. Between myself and Mike, more than £9-10,000 has been spent on the the car in the last 2-3 years, and most of the upgrades could be removed and sold separately if the next owner wanted to. However, it would be a shame as the car now feels perfect despite looking quite standard (which I appreciate may not be to everyone's taste!). I have driven about 8000 miles since buying the car from Mike, and am now selling to fund another purchase. The car drives beautifully and hasn't missed a beat during my ownership. About 6 months tax remaining, and passed MOT 6 months ago without any issues. Things I would consider if I was keeping the car ? - BMW Performance seats (or recaro sportster cs) - front aero lip - install the LCI rear lights - install aero rear bumper and m-sport side skirts (to be supplied with car) Otherwise I think it is a fantastic car to own/drive. Looking for £14,500, else may break up for parts, take the car back to standard and sell it to the trade. No test pilots pls - proof of fully comprehensive insurance will be required before any test drives are given. Based in London/Surrey area. Feedback welcomed! |

It is indeed a lovely car, am 50/50 about selling. Was bought as a stop- gap after I sold my 1M and then kinda got smitten, so upgraded the CIC, exhaust, etc! I haven't seen a similar example at that price point, but accept that it is a niche spec, and guess that you can't always recover all the "investment" |

Great list of mods, and an absolute bargain at £14.5K, I would personally rather have well modded older car like yours over a stock newer car any day of the week.
Hope you get a good price for the car Incidentally what are you going to replace it with? I really struggle to think of anything for the same price/performance as a well modded 335 |

I have seen this car in person and have worked on this car.
Excellent car with excellent mods and seller does not hesitate to spend any sort of money to keep it top notch. GLWS OP.

Hi everyone. First of all, a big apology to everyone who has PM'd me. I will reply individually but was delayed by an unexpected business trip.
I will reply over the weekend and will post some pictures up as requested. In terms of parting out the car, I see that as Plan B, partly due to the hassle of it all, and partly because I genuinely think it would be a shame to ruin a sensibly upgraded car. That said, if there is no interest then I will consider splitting. As I don't have the original suspension or inter cooler, it will probably need to be booked into a garage somewhere in the London/Surrey area to be swapped. Just wanted to flag this to anyone who wanted me to post those parts, etc. Similarly, the only person I will trust to remove/swap the CIC/Combox is Sam (forum name Makkan). Apologies if this comes across as difficult but he originally installed the unit and I don't want anyone else touching it. Also - mileage is 39k - apologies for the typo in the original post - I will try to edit the message asap. |

Nice car and GLWS.
If you split I'll take first dibs on ARB's and seconds dibs in the exhaust. Ps why no pics ?

Correction. DAB enabled CIC with combox alone was over 2K if I remember correctly.
