Window Button Don't Work

The driver side window and mirror buttons do not work. Each individual window button works fine and they go up and down. Checked for a blown fuse in the main fuse block and they seem fine. Help, any suggestion

You'll need to replace the switch assembly. Unfortunately it is a common failure.

sounds like the connection to the button panel in the door has come loose or broken.

You'll probably have to take the door panel off to investigate, but if all the other door buttons work, it points to a wiring or connection issue for just the driver's controls.
