M111KVE's E93 New pics added***

hi guys,

brought my e93 a little over a year ago and have only just thought about modding

its an e93 320 i m sports. N46N engine.

when i brought the car it had some really cheap aftermarket wheels which were in really bad shape and i asked them to put the m sport wheels back on.

after reducing the price of the car they didnt give me them and put a new set of aftermarket wheels on.

after getting a bend in one of the rims the cheapest option was to get it repair and i got them resprayed in anthracite.

im still not a huge fan of these at all.

mods

1. ive recently purchased a gloss back front grill from another member really cheap which im really chuffed with just waiting for arrival.
2. im going to purchased some upgrade angel eye bulbs, only really want to spend about £60 for a set of these with maximum brightness. any recommendations?
3. eibach pro springs seen for £195 brand new on ebay.
4. lci rear lights retro fit. if anyone has a cheap set of these i would be interested.
5. retrofit idrive, which a guys not far from me in dartford does for £1250. this is a pipeline mod and wont do straight away due to fund.
6. ive looked and a lot of people have modded rear bumper tov have the m3 look with 4 exhausts, is this a possibility on a 320I and if so what exhaust and bumper would you recommend for a straight swap?
7. ive also thought about carbon fibre accessories, i.e intenal trim, wheels trim, mirror cover and front splitter. would you recommend carbon fibre external mods of would they look cheap? would you think that black on black would look better?
8. think i should upgrade to some new wheels, not sure how i feel with the black on black, i dont want to mod to the point where i look like a boy racer and still want it to look clean and smart, preferably with bmw badges still on them, can anyone recommend a decent set in the region of £500 max

other things to get sorted

- my front bumper has a dent from the previous owner which i need to get repair didnt realised as it was so low under car. see pic.
- my engine management light is on, which beleive is an o2 sensor should be cheap enough to get fixed.
my external light failure comes on in the come when i start but goes off after not sure what this is as ive check every bulb on the car and they all seem to be lite. ive had to change both rear lights as the led bar failed on both. i think the error is still coming from the rear. having the lci rear light retrofit should sort this, until i get this done i may just live with it.

so guys quick update

led purchased and fitted from horizon LEDs, very helpful guys zain gave me some great advice.

rear lci lights purchased from another forum member and then coded by another

Also got smart top module from a member. great mod as other e93 owners will know.

just purchased some graphite ISR10's from ********. great price beat all other competitors and were delivered next day, packaged very wheel. 8.5j front 10j rear. should hopefully have them fitted by sunday.

also purchased some gyeon q2 RIM to seal the wheels so i need to do that before the wheels go on the car.

in the process im going to clean all of the wheels arches. any tips and hint would be appreciated.

i thought it may also be a good idea to paint the calipers while ive got the wheels off.

my car is black, wheels are graphite/anthracite and i think things like the splitter and spolier in the future will be carbon fibre. So a grey/black colour scheme. i want to do the engine bay and calipers and some other bits is a different colour.

looking for some suggestion on colour.

i was thinking either blue or orange any other ideas?

So guys I'm looking at exhaust mod next. Should I just go with the bmw performance exhaust or go for a 335i conversion? What's everyone's thoughts?

new custom front lights done by marius! length process get the lights out but happy with the result. marius turned them around in under 4 hours which was great! and for £100 what a complete bargain considering the pricing of others!

braved the rain with this

Also to add i have a high kick spoiler in sapphire black from shady carbons. its actually carbon fibre but had a small amount of damage. so the company shady carbons agreed a very reasonable price to paint it for me.

due start of the week and i think this will really change up the rear of the car.
