The sport bucket seats really make me sweat and doesn't help with my skin problems. I've got the premium package so I believe it has the Dakota leather seats which breathe better but not that well and they get pretty hot too if I sit for over 30 minutes.

Yeah I'm more of a windows down guy myself, but having a SGM on black E90 isn't that easy after it sits in the hot sun all day. I plan on tinting to help. I usually blast the AC for a couple of minutes then shut it off of open the windows.
Anyways I don't know how much you are willing to spend but I bet you could get a place to fabricate some for you |

Yeah ac helps it doesn't have to be hot for me to sweat I could wear head phones in 60-70 degree weather and my skin would get all soft and sweaty. But the ac does reduce the humidity in the car so it helps. Doesn't bmw make perforated seats that we could put in here?
How much would it be to get someone to fabricate them? |

Nope. You'll have to upgrade to at least a 5-series for those.
