Temperature Sensor part #???

Does anyone know the part number for the temperature sensor located right above the engine. The one where you're supposed to turn it and then pull it out when doing your ProCede installation, but instead your dumbass friend simply snaps it out and now has to buy you a new one?

Help us first by showing us a pic of the broken sensor. There are several temp sensor in the engine bay (I was told).
