New Jersey production

Ok now that we have a regional forum... who is in NJ, which dealer are you buying from and what is your production date?

Right now, I am scheduled for Week 25, so looking at mid August delivery from BMW of Freehold. Hopefully, it will be sooner.

I live just outside Philadelphia but I did buy from BMW of Turnersville. I think by now everyone on the forum knows my delivery date and excited to start meeting up with folks from our Region for events.

151, Bodywork as of yesterday although they still say it's expected to be completed June 26th. Doubt mine will make it to port and on the boat by July 1 departure. I'm probably the July 8th boat which is frustrating since I was supposed to be a week 23 build before the CCB shortage or whatever it was that pushed some people back.

I believe I was, or at least I should've been since I told them I wanted the first one they got over 1.5 years ago when it was just pixie dust and rumors. I had been in there numerous times telling him I wanted their first M4 well before a waiting list would've been established but none of that is relevant since everything got fooked up with the delays and shortages. Not sure they even had an M4 through there yet. As long as I get the car that I ordered built properly in a timely manner, then I'm a happy camper.

They have both an m3 and m4 at Darien for the launch cars. I test drove the m3, it's sick! I was first on the list for the m3 since September...they told me there was already a few people on the list for the m4 at that point, so you must be first. Did yours finish production yet? I'm still at the port

I finished production and cleared quality control on the 26th but I'm sure I won't make the July 1 vessel so hopefully I make the July 8th departure.

I'll be up there on Tues/Wed to pick up my E92 after getting it's engine replaced due to rod bearing failure so I'll get the latest update on my F82.

Was originally scheduled for a Week 31 build, however went in a week early. Production completion estimated for July 26th.

Hoping to get to the port before BMW shuts down for the two week break!

Advised by Princeton dealer that they would be receiving my F-82 on 7/22, then it was 7/24. Now it is they do not know. Appears that it was pulled for QC-1 inspection??? Provided a loaner just to keep me happy. I do know that the dealer F-82 they received in early July had a turbo blown by a salesperson on an unapproved joy ride within 24 hours. Related????

Should have carrier information by Friday/Saturday the latest I was told

Hey, PM me, but to answer your question; My car is on the ship in the middle of atlantic headed for NJ in about a week.

So I haven't taken delivery yet, but I am hoping everything goes to plan.

PM, because I had the same problem with them...
