Oil cooler after coolant change?

I did a complete coolant change a few days ago, and I noticed on my oil temp gauge it isn't going past the 220-230 mark even when driving aggressively. I would usually see it in the 240-250 range when driving this way before the coolant change. Is this even possible? What could be the cause of this?
