Half engine light today while idling.

So I was sitting at a restaurant idling in the heat about 90 outside. It started idling rough and the half engine came on. I restarted the car after it was putting when I tire to drive. No stored codes and light didn't come back. Any thoughts?

how many miles do you have? what recent maintenance/ mods have you done if any? the more info the better.

Whatever it is, it turned your headlights a terrible red color. You should probably get that checked out.

Just happened to me too, but it wasn't the first time. My car likes to do that, and then just shut off.

Check your vacuum lines first.

New coils, new plugs, injectors at 65k car has 70k. Jb4 map5. Catless downpipe

I think that these cars are just touchy with catless downpipes - mine included.

Try setting FUE=20 via your laptop. It will add more fuel mass at idle, which has helped some people.
