Signing Lease tomorrow, can anyone please quickly check my numbers

Hi,

I am thinking of signing my lease tomorrow and here are the numbers I got. Could anyone tell me if this is a good deal, and if not, what I should negotiate on?

MSRP: 43100.00
Mineral White: 550.00
Cold Weather: 550.00
Premium: 2,300.00
h/k sound: 875.00

Total: 48300.00

Wheel Locks: 135.00 (Said it's mandatory)
Tag/Registration: 250.00
Doc Fee: 150.00

Discount: - 2432.00

New Total: 46,403

10,000 Miles @ 63% residual for 36 months
Base Money Factor: 0.00150 (seems a big high?)
Sales Tax = 9.5%
Thinking of making 3 MSDs and no cash down.

Where do you think I should negotiate? Also, what could I expect as my monthly payment?

Thank you so much!!!

I guess it would be around $610, given sales tax only applying to lease price not whole MSRP. I am working in a consulting firm and I am super good with numbers.

You could knock the money factor down I thought .0013 was standard and if it really matters tell them pound sand on the wheel locks, unless you want them.

insist on .0013 MF and do 7MSDs to get it down to .00081

H/K sound is not $875 anymore, there's an entire thread discussing this topic. BMWNA is issue $350 credit for those who paid $875 because of false advertising on their website.

I don't see acquisition fee of $725 listed, make sure they don't bump it up to $925.

Pretty sure that credit is just for the folks who bought before the site was updated. I really doubt that anyone buying after the update is going to get any kind of a credit, so it's still going to be $875 for utsavized. Of course it now means that the HK option is overpriced, considering it costs the same as the F30's HK but offers 4 less speakers, less wattage & no equalizer.

BMW is on a roll with this stuff lately, like how in MY15 streaming bluetooth is removed from the Tech package and priced as a $500 standalone option but the Tech package sees no reduction in cost. SMH... blame the sales numbers I guess.

Thanks for the responses!

I have already mentioned the MF and am considering the MSDs -- not sure I have enough for all 7, but will do what I can.

I will push him about the hk sound too, worse case, he will say no. And also ask about the acquisition fee.

Does the price/discount look right though?

~$2500 dealer discount seems to be about the max discount people are getting, based on my personal research when I got my M235i and the "post your deals" thread.

One dealer is offering a .0011 MF but will not give me discount off MSRP. Another is giving almost 5% off MSRP but will not go down from .0015 ... kind of confused now.

Don't be confused. They all play these bullish!t games. They want to make a certain amount on the car, they don't care if they discount the car and mark the money factor up, give you a good money factor but don't discount the car, etc. More for trade, less for trade, etc. etc. etc.

Without getting too complicated and assuming no time factor of money, just look at the deals from a total out of pocket perspective. How much is each dealer charging you to drive the car for three years, including the trade if you have one. Down payment + monthly payments - MSD back at end - trade if you've got one. Don't reengineer the wheel.

Thank you guys so much, guys. This immensely helped me get the best deal. The dealer did not budge on the MF but I guess the discount is pretty good. Out of all the hustling I got some free stuff like special floor mats etc. The ridewithg says says deal rating of 85, which is pretty decent I guess
Drove home with it today! What a great car ... Mineral white on Terra interior.

Thanks!!!
