e90 Towbar problem

Hello!
I have a fallible towbar (its under the car, I can release it by pushing the button in trunk).
Today I used it, at first everything was normal, pushed button, towbar falled out blahblah.
But the second time I done that, car did just make a constant piping sound, but towbar wasnt released, it didnt stop piping until I closed the trunk, and now every time I start the car or open trunk, this shits just makes annoying piping sound, and I cant get my towbar out eather.
Did any1 had same problem? Any suggestions on how I can fix it?
Tried removing cable from battery, still same sh1t, tried to pull it out manually, sits to tight in...

You should post on the UK or other European sites. That towbar is not an option in USA/CA; no-one knows anything. Sorry.
