Spring of Next Year?

So got the latest info that given my current position in line, I am looking at Spring of next year (1 year from now). This is way too long of a wait for me! I had my deposit down like sept or oct of 2013 too, if that matters.

Anyone have any recommendations for a dealer with lesser of a line? I am in California...

There are a lot of dealers in Socal that have allocations still remaning.

I would call around and see if you can grab one for no more than msrp (a few dealers are holding out and trying to put large markups on the cars)

That's pretty bad. What # are you on the waiting list?
Your dealer must be getting like one or two m3/m4 a month.

I have feeling that m3 production number will significantly increase coming next month.
Right now, m4's allocation is double the amount of m3 for most dealers.
BMW is probably trying to push new m4 before m3. But I have high hope that m3 allocation will be equal to those of m4 within month or two.
We will see what happens in May.

BTW, did you place order with David A.?

Allocation has already come out for now until July per BMW. I'm not sure why people think it will change.

That's not true.
Some dealer received allocation number early this month with bulletin from BMW stating that those numbers are for next 3 month.

For my dealer (Steve Thomas BMW), they received allocation numbers for just this month and will receive more next month (unknown number at this moment).

So not every dealer is in same situation.

Care to disclose which ones? I know this forum is heavy on Steve Thomas because of GOLFFRR's great contributions to us readers but I'm sure there are other honorable dealers out here.

There are some really bad BMW dealerships blows my mind that BMW doesn't step in. Braman and South Motors here in Miami score lower that Taco Bell on Google Maps. There sales and service is horrible.
