Sunroof error or wtf?

Just got a 2007 328i e90 cleared up several issues, this one remains & I can't find this icon anywhere.

Please help.

Not sure what the problem is, but to answer your question: Anti-trapping is a component for all auto-shut car windows and sunroofs that prevents kids, pets or drunken douchebags

sticking their head outside from strangling themselves if it is inadvertently closed during automatic operation, where it would open back up if it detects resistance.

If your sunroof is operating normally then you probably just need to reinitialize the function.
Power up your accessory power - all dash lights on but engine not running. Make sure sunroof is closed. Push in and hold sunroof button for tilt mode, don't let go. Sunroof will tilt and after about 20 seconds it will tilt up another inch and back down. Continue holding button in. After about another 20 - 30 seconds the sunroof will reset open and close tolerances - it will tilt down and open fully and then close and then I think it will tilt up and back down again. When the cycle is done let go. Should be reset.

I had the sunroof error a couple of years back and did exactly what is mentioned above to fix it.

Thanks, car has been returned to the dealer, had too many issues.

This fix should be DIY'ed and put in that section for fixing misalignment. I had my sunroof not close flush, but no error on dash. Searched, found this and worked like a charm.

I have the same issue, but the sunroof does not operate as normal. Every time a direction is pressed it will move a bit and continue every time you press. Also my reset doesn't work ;(
