Need a good place in Suffolk or Nassau Cty to get windows tinted

I went to Joe (The Tint Shop) before, back when he was in Great Neck. I found out he is working out of Flushing. Is there anyone I can go to in Suffolk or Nassau that someone can recommend?? Don't really want to drive out to Flushing but, if I have to I will.

I used Joe for paint protection and tinting. Came from Westchester to have it done. Very satisfied with the job.

I haven't done my F30 yet, but all my previous tint jobs I had done at Movin' On in Franklin Square. Comes with lifetime warranty but never needed it. Never had a problem. But it's been a while since I've been there so don't hold me to this too much.

Why don't you just go to flushing? It's really not that far, especially to have some work done on your car.

Before i got the dealer to throw in the tint, i was gonna go to Underground Tint in Bohemia. I heard nothing but great things about it. Many people on the boards have posted about there.

Also, any idea what kind of film he uses? 3M, Ceramic?

I am in queens so flushing works for me.

Don't have his contact number at work, but if you go to the web site for The Tint Shop (longislandpaintprotection.com), even though it still gives the old Great Neck address, there is a good 516 cell number listed that will connect you to him. They use 3M tint films, I believe.

I don't know how it is now but back in the day, every shop that had good tints actually used the same guy. He would just go from spot to spot to do the jobs. Maybe he retired. haha

So Joe doesnt work there anymore, apparently he moved down to NC to open up another shop there, or so I'm told (sounds farfetched). So if anyone knows a shop that does quality work and doesnt charge $300 I would definitely appreciate the recommendation.
