I bet you will have some local canines backing up to your left rear wheel arch pretty soon.

If it's just a little dribble maybe a panty liner will work. Either way, the dealer will know for sure.

from Kptaylor I got this thru google in e90post:

http://www.e90post.com/forums/showthread.php?t=69154

PuMa is a worldwide BMW database of all reported problems and most with the their appropriate fixes.

Before Germany will listen to the dealer a PuMa case has to be opened.

If u went in for a problem and they did not fix it right off, they most likely created a PuMa case to get help from Germany. Generally older established problems have ready fixes available to the tech even though that dealer has not seen ot before. If some new issue, it may take a while to start to get tech support.

For instance, installing the Snap in adapters for bluetooth phones is relatively new issue so ready fixes have yet to be established in PuMa for all related problems. In this case some research is required back at HQ to replicate and come up with answers. Sometimes those answers are still trial and error if certain build dates cannot be replicated

PR, thanks for describing what a PuMa does and how one comes to be. What does the acronym PuMa stand for?

hope they will fix your problem soon, they opened PUMA case due to my carbon build up and I am still whip less PUMA works very very very slow even in a well know and documented issue like a carbon buildup. They only allow dealer to order one part at a time and each part takes anything from 2 to 3 weeks from germany. In last 4 months they did walnut blasting, air flow sensor replacement, and one injector replacement. Wishing you good luck with puma

As Cougar is used to describe a 40-ish woman who is actively chasing younger guys, maybe a Puma is an even older woman doing the same thing?

Joe we are in the midst of making a dpf, anyone interested my friend will be making 3 of them(weekend of April 12th should be done) one for him one for me and an extra for whomever wants to buy it, after that we will take orders on a case by case ONLY!! NO CODs cash out no credit cards no checks, paypal only. So get in line and contact me and I will info my friend.

Now mind you , you will need to code out DPF in your ECU/DDE and the rest of the stuff. Again, contact me on this I have someone who has the code out but will have to wait since my friend and I will be the guinea pigs for this ok!!

I think Nigerian checks are in order. My uncle inherited $12 million so you know I am good for it. Just need your bank account information to make the transfer.
