Nothing fancy...just a photo journal of my BMW's last 10K miles and progress
Update Edit: New rims on Post 7!!
Update 2: 4/27 New headlights and photos. Going on nearly 11,000 miles. i wanted to make this thread to commemorate the nearly 10,000 miles I have accumulated on my E90 since I bought it. Excuse the quality of the pics they were all taken with my Samsung Galaxy 4 and some turned out better than others. I bought the car on July 2013, on my 23rd birthday. This is my 2nd BMW, after my dearly loved E36 coupe. I bought an Acura TL as an intermediate car before my E90, which although a good car in most aspects, lacked the BMW soul, RWD handling, and got boring very quickly. So I bought a 2008 BMW 328I, 73K miles, paid for all by myself. The car was sort of a spur of the moment buy because I wanted a birthday gift for myself. So here are some pics of the car the first 2-3 weeks I had it, stock, no mods: First mod: chrome kidney grills had to go, so I bought some ECS blackline grills: Then I bought a rather cheap, but alright set of Miro rims and wrapped them in 18" tires and threw on some VRSF 12 mm spacers on the back: I drove the car to Baltimore for Mpact east, which was awesome: After that, the car was mostly just used on my daily commute to Philadelphia, and didn't see much mods or work. It was driven up to NYC which was hell (threw a CEL in traffic, ended up being a vanos solenoid) and up to Canada which was a great drive. Here are some pictures of it on the daily grind: During the Christmas holidays/new years, I threw on a set of M grill stripes and put some lamin-x over the fogs. Just minor stuff: Kept this going until now. I threw on a set of Eibach sportline springs (gives it the perfect stance imo) and an OEM BMW roof rack and this is how the car sits now: Future Mods: I am happy with how the car sits but I might install a set of xenon projectors + AE headlights on the car as the stock halogens are a weak link in my opinion. Beyond that, not sure what the future holds. EDIT: Got rid of my miros and installed new rims and a wider stance: 4/27 update: since the rims were put on I took the car out to a few meets: Also got a (major) upgrade imo - Depo P90 headlights from fishcake 321 with angel eyes and projectors. I still have to slightly adjust the lights and have to get some HIDs: Took the car out to a meet today: Very happy with the car now but I do have plans to upgrade the brakes to slotted rotors/pads. After that Koni Shocks + Supreme Lowering Perches. As for exterior mods, possibly an M3 front bumper and rear spoiler. Anyways thanks for checking out my thread and looking forward to suggestions and feedback!

bump thinking of adding spacers to the front and SP lowering perches.
As it is, I am very happy with the drop.

Love the subtle mods you've done so far. And I agree you should go back to BMW OEM wheels!

New rims and a wider stance:
The car is dirty right now but I hope to take it to a few meets and get some nice shots!

They are Alufelgen SF-71 wheels (BMW M3 CSL Style Rims). Alufelgen actually doesn't make rims anymore so I was lucky enough to score one of the last brand new sets at a relatively good price.
The fronts are 19x8.5 ET35s (235/35), and the rears are 19x9.5 ET20s (265/30) I did get the fenders rolled. It only rubs a little bit on the driver's side under medium bumps (I am going to get them rolled just a little bit more).
