Black on Blacklines??

Does anyone have a pic of their black e90 with a set of blacklines to share? Im currently wondering how they would look on a jet black e90. Just looking to see how it would look before i make a purchase ;] oh! and preferably the OEM Blacklines! not the Depo. I think the Depo is too dark lol

I have the Depos and not OEM. Depo's are slightly darker than OEM.

Yeah I mean it's too dark for my taste but it doesn't look bad. I was just never a fan of blacking everything out. I think lighter pieces of the car gives accent to it. Stands out more

keep in mind the direction my car is facing...

the rear of my car is in the shade, where the rest is in sunlight... makes the blacklines look a little darker than they really are.

I HATE the all blacked out look (funny, considering I have a mostly-blacked out car) but I hate tinted taillights and headlights, and I think ALL black wheels on black car looks washed out and you lose the details on the rims. The chrome on my wheels breaks up the black just enough in my opinion.

I bought my DEPOs used from a member on here for like $70. DEPOs are OK, but looking back, I should have just bough the OEM blacklines because the fitment and quality is just better.

At night, with the lights on, you can clearly see some "clear" spots in my taillights where the light is "leaking" through... also, my light bars are starting to sag and are not straight anymore (driver side)

I plan on getting OEM blacklines, just need to man up and shell out the $275 for them.

OP, I'll sell you my blacklines so I can buy OEM

DEPO's darkness looks better, esp. on a black car though in my opinion.

You both missed what I was saying entirely...I wasn't saying "too much", as in too much black. I meant too much LOL, as in the OP was using the term LOL way too much! It was a joke and you both ruined it for me

That said, blacklines look good on ALL colors. They happen to look better on some, however, like on my SGM. Just need to get some, myself. Not opposed to Depo, just need to do more research to see what, if any, problems people are having with them.
