Shock Install - Coilovers
Question - anyone installed coilovers themselves on the 335i? I looked at the DIY for springs, but didn't know if I need a spring compressor since I'm replacing the entire shock/spring (thus no need to seperate the existing shock and spring). Thanks for the help.

I haven't done coilovers on my 335 yet, but from what I have read on here I think that you need to compress your stock springs while they are still on the car to get the coilover out of the fender, not only to remove the stock top hats.
