FS: Authentic Duke Dynamics E92 CSL trunk (low kick)
Purchased brand new, sat in my closet for over a year, and just installed this on my car a few hours ago. Don't like how it looks with a stock rear end and I'm about ready to sell my car and am not willing to dump another $800-900 towards an M-Tech rear. Overall fitment is pretty good; holes for the trunk lights aren't sized perfectly would benefit from some double sided tape to hold them in place. All holes are drilled, set up to re-use all stock hardware. There is a small chip on the right side of the trunk in the second picture, probably from handling. It was purchased new this way. It doesn't go down to the carbon, so it could be repaired with a dab of resin if it bothers you. I don't know anything about laying carbon fiber, so I can't help you on this issue. You probably wouldn't even notice it unless I told you, since the weave of the carbon is a beautiful distraction for your eyes. I suppose it would be good to mention that it easily fits inside your trunk with the seats folded down. Comes with two wood block protectors for transportation for the sharp corners of the trunk by the windshield. Pick up in Irvine, not willing to ship. Last edited by timmyc; 04-22-2014 at 06:00 PM.. |

I'm willing to meet you somewhere in socal, definitely can't do the Bay Area, sorry. The trunk will come with the wood block protectors to protect the sharp corners of the trunk by the rear windshield. It will also easily fit in an E92 coupe when the seats are folded down, with lots of room to spare.
