2 year lease

What would fair numbers look like on an m235 on a 2 year lease if the sell price were around 48k?

0 down of course.

Not enough info to give you worthwhile figures. What would the msrp be? How many miles per year? US delivery or Euro delivery? What are dealer fees, if you have those available?

To sum it up, your lease rates will be terrible for 24 months due to taxes, 0 down and 15k miles per year.

Here's a scenario for you.

For starters, you're paying the full Texas sales tax of 6.25% on the 48000, not just the leased amount so your tax will be $3000. Assumption made that your title/tags/dealer fees are $500.

MSRP 50,000
Price 48,000
Acq Fee 725
Title/Dealer Fees 500
MF .0013
15k/24 mo Residual 66% (33,000)
Tax: 3000
Down: 0

Monthly payment $911.83

Mind asking about the 60 month residuals for the 228i while you're there?

For sure. later today. The car is awesome. I turned in my leased 335is with Dinan Stage 2. I was worried that this car would feel slow in comparison. It doesn't. All my driving has been city, stoplight driving and the M235i doesn't feel underpowered to me, even after coming out of the Dinan Stage 2 335is.

The handing is better than my 335is.

Will post pics. I always wanted alpine white with coral too, so it is nice to finally get that combo.
