I grabbed a second set and DPs and gutted them... so what do I know?

but why not go with VRSF DPs for around the same price? Seem to be the popular choice + Great customer service.

Because N54 Tuning has given no reason not expect their product to be equally impressive. If anybody else should know how a DP is suppose to fit and the expectations of N54 customers I'd expect them to be it. Not a knock on VRSF, I bought my coilovers from them and they were priced great and here damn near immediately (besides a BT cable from BMS pretty much all I've bought for the car so far) so I would/will definitely return as a customer but come on between these two (on a DP purchase anyway) you should go with whoever you've been dealing with, has the best price or is not out of stock...until proven otherwise.

The reason you go with VRSF is they are proven. I don't know about you, but a lot of people do not want to be guinea pigs.

and at some point they weren't proven. N54 Tuning is a proven vendor. DPs did not get developed yesterday. There are like 10 different offerings and 6 or 7 years worth of offerings. Its a pipe. I'm not saying DON'T go with VRSF, I'm saying its a bit ridiculous not to explore all available options and encourage monopolizing based on the fact a vendor makes a proven product as if making a good product is exclusive and no alternatives should never be explored. Then when that happens (as it is on many less popular platforms) people cry oh not much available for our cars.
