ED Lease Question
Question for the Lease / ED Experts... is the MSRP on the ED lease paperwork US MSRP or ED MSRP? In the calculators I have it changes the payment quite a bit if you use ED vs US.
Also, does anyone have a lease spreadsheet that includes taxes for states like Texas where you pay taxes on the "Agreed Price of Car" instead of just the payments? Not having any luck finding one so I started making my own... but I hesitate to trust it

The cap cost or price paid for the car is based on ED MSRP. When you calculate the depreciation component of the lease payment you use the US MSRP and the quoted residuals from BMWFS.

Thanks, I assumed as much but wanted to be sure. It makes a big difference when calculating the depreciation amt and thereby the monthly payment.
