Lease residual rate conversion help

So I saw the lease rates and residuals were released. What rate does money factor of .0013 convert to? I am doing a balloon not lease so need to know the rate. Is it 3.12%? Correct?

Never pay the base money factor, always use MSDs. 3.4 goes down to 1.9.

After configuring mine, it's not going to be pretty. I don't drive much thankfully so a lease will work for me.

I have an 2003 E39 M5 with about 90k miles on it. I want to save her for the kids in 20 years when it becomes exponentially cooler...although I still think it's cool right now. My kids just think I need a new car.

I'll tell you what, I think my M5 would have beaten my 2010 M3 0-60. It just feels so much faster. I know I know...higher revving engine but torque is what's important to me. My M5 on "sport" has everything I need at 4000rpm...not so much with the M3...which is why I got rid of it.

I do have a couple additional mods on my M5: Shark Injector and Turner cold air induction but still it feels two times faster than that M3

This month's apr is at 3.35% for 36 to 72 month (last month was 3.1%). Since you are doing balloon, use financing offer apr, not lease. Your actual balloon payment is based on lease residual and your credit score.

I wonder if the college grad incentive will help lower MF in addition to MSDs I know it gets you lowest finance rate if you buy the car (1.9% last time I had my credit checked). Maybe it will help if I decide to use BMW select too
