Can E85 be ran with JB4 without special injectors?

I am reading up non-stop on the JB4. I just installed it today. It's insane

Now I read. I can do like 30-40% E85 and the rest 93 with the JB4. But does that mean with NO OTHER modifications...or anything at all?

It seems to be a gray area when I read up on it, I always thought you needed something special to run E85.

Well, the more I read the more I see this has been covered and debated about A LOT.
