228i Msport tires?
Does anyone know what tires come standard on the 228i Msport? If not the Michelin Pilot Super Sport, then is it possible to order them? Thanks!

My sales rep told me the 228i has run flats standard for both performance or all season and couldnt say for sure on the model of tire or even brand. This seems to be supported by the order guide he gave me....

see, this really annoys me. Its the same size and come from the same assembly line, so why can't I choose to have the PSS's instead of run flats. Come on BMW. we are shelling out 40k for a car...
My theory is that the tires make a huge difference in the improved handling and ride quality of the M235 and they want more model differentiation as to not steal sales. I think the M sport 228 wheels look better that the 235 ones... |

That being said, switch to PSS once your initial run flat tires wear out!
