Ive never seen that before , ive tried looking all over the forum but couldn't find an answer please someone help !

Yes I have seen something similar...I think i accidentally pressed/held a combination of dash buttons and It popped up...not sure what its for though...ill post pics of what mine looked like

Thats the german software menu. You see that when you held the reset button to long.
