First "mod" for the 335

Well, it's not a great modification but a modification nevertheless.

Anyways, I picked up my 335xi about a month ago. In my intro thread, someone had pointed out that they have never seen door moldings on an e90. After it was mentioned, I realized that I haven't either. I'm assuming the first owner put some aftermarket ones on, seeing as how I can't find any OEM ones, for added protection.

The more I thought about it, the more I didn't like them. So last night, off they came...

Door saving trim is from the 90's and early 00's. I can't believe some idiot is that paranoid about getting door dings that they had those installed on an E90. GROSS! Good decision to ditch them.

Nice choice on removing the door trims. Doesn't flow with the car at all.
