What could make my fuel trims go haywire?

Went from great (adaptation multiplication )

to what the hell? starts out great until 3000rpm then boom.

fuel scalar is set to 1.24 for e30 on both logs. Same e30 fuel on both logs. Only change to fuel tables were a moderate bump from 11.21 to 11.81 in the mid/upper high load range (starting at 4500rpm). Boost and wastegate are the same. Also I notice on actual lambda one bank sure seems smoother and more consistent than the other. Overall everything is where I like/want it except the fuel trims that decided to go off the charts.
