This is the one I bought 16 months ago to go with my Dynavin--and then sold with the Dynavin a few months later:

Apparently there are a lot of knock-offs of varying quality, and it's sometimes hard to tell which specific product (or from which specific vendor) will be the real deal and actually work. From your list, I'd probably get the third one:

Because it has the most positive reviews.

I did not, because I never got the head unit working to my liking, which is why I wound up selling it. I did not have an android phone at the time, so I threw the reader in with the sale.

I got the cheap one (less than $10) and it works great with my Android tablet.
My only complaint is that it is not small enough to place the OBD cap back on while th bluetooth is still plugged in.

I have the PLX and it works fine for most things using Torque and BMWhat.

However, if you want to code modules using BMWhat.. you need to use the ones they resell. Not too expensive- 18 Euro.

The PLX will not code modules with BMWhat. That I can confirm. According to the creator of BMWhat, (who is really responsive BTW), the PLX is "too slow" to code modules on my E90.

I ordered one and as soon as I get it and use it, I'll let you know.

BAFX Products

I'm using this one:

I have the Motorola Droid Razr Maxx; it works very well. I can read real time data, fault codes, GPS mapping, reset codes, etc. with no problems.

So the BT module came in... really small compared to the PLX. However, my car is in the shop, so when I get it back, I'll let you know how well it works.
