ok first log.. here is is any help would be great temp outside was 39 degrees in denver had half of tank filled it a few days agot with 5 gal of e85 rest shell 91.

Boost is way off target. Start by listing your mods so people can help you troubleshoot.

It doesn't look too bad. Your main issue is up to 4K rpm. In real life you are never going to be using that.
Logging list is fine. Next time continue logging all the way into 4th gear. If you want to fix the boost oscillation up to 4Krpm, lower D-Factor multiplier from on 3K rpm to 4k rpm. Don't worry about hitting target at red line, as is your boost looks safe for your mods.
