Looks like a good plan to push stock turbos. Should clear 400whp without issue. I would consider replacing the charge pipe when you can, you’ll be pushing good boost with that setup and it comes on very quickly with the stock wheels. The stock chargepipe is hit or miss but if it breaks it’s not super fun to limp home with no boost and unfiltered air entering the combustion chamber.

Is there any way to tell if the stock charge pipe is going to go?

I agree, esp when doing IC and intake.
You'll be right there.

Also make sure your plugs are new going into these mods.

If you're running above stock boost levels it's safe to say that the stock CP is going to fail eventually. The stock DV's are also prone to failure/leaking when running more than 2-3 PSI above stock.

BT cable or OFT tablet for backend flash
Alpina flash if you're AT

If you're pressed for $$ it's ok to skip the chargepipe/DV's for now. But I'd keep the fund for it open.

You definitely shouldn't skip the DV's, the factory DV's will fail to hold above stock boost levels after a few thousand miles and the OEM CP will fail regardless after so many heat cycles.

It's a preventative mod more than a power mod. You don't want to inject plastic pieces into your motor when the CP breaks apart and leaves you stranded on the side of the road.

We sell an upgraded chargepipe with your option of HKS or Tial BOV (we recommend the Tial)

VRSF's Charge Pipe as well as pretty much every other manufacturer will fit your car, Greg. I just ordered VRSF's CP with Tial BOV this weekend through Top Gear Solutions. Can't go wrong with it for the price.

Yeah I'm going with vrsf for most of my mods for the price for quality factor.

I am a fan of Forge DVs, but the Tial BOV is great as well. There are a bunch of CP options on the market, with the most popular being ER. Whatever charge pipe you buy make sure it uses the stock C-Clip mount, and not a silicone coupler. The stock C-Clip mounting system is the best for holding boost and not popping off.

You're going to need some flash tune to make the Walbro LPFP upgrade worthwhile... Whether you use COBB, the BB/BMS Backend, or OFT you'll need something to adjusting the Fueling Tables.

What if I decide to run all these mods without a walbro inline?
