Recommend a dealership in the West Midlands!

As above,I need some warranty work doing. My most convenient local dealership is probably Sytner Oldbury. However,I've had nothing but bad experiences with them.As such,I have no faith in them and (not that they give a shit) will not return to give them any business whatsoever.
Soooo, who else out there has had a good experience with getting warranty work done from a Midlands based dealership?
It's probably a big ask,but I would just like a good experience for once!
If you have any good contacts or know any decent service personnel, post up their details or pm me if they are a best kept secret!
Cheers

I've had good dealings with both Sytner Solihull and Coventry. Solihull would get my business in your shoes.

Hi,

I would be interested to know your thoughts if/when you speak to, and if you end up taking your car over to Warwick.

Ive used sytner sutton up till now and have mixed opinion!!

Cheers

Popped in today for a chat about some basic warranty work and a price for an oil and brake fluid swap.
Parking issues were highlighted but I had no problems(next to a Police 5 series!).
Reception staff were very friendly and attentive.Service chap was friendly, knew his stuff and didn't quibble any aspects of my (comprehensive) warranty-which is unlike any of my Sytner experiences!
Technician who came out to see my car was also very personable and again, knew his stuff.
Was offered a courtesy car without asking as well when booking in.
They gave me a price and also said that they would price match my Indy on the oil and brake service.I'll see how that pans out...
So,all in all,I came away thinking positive thoughts but time will tell and I'll post up my verdict in a few weeks time...

Thanks for the feedback, when i walked into Rybrook warwick it is totally different to sytner oldbury imo - trying to get an tech to come out in the car at sytenr was trying to get blood out of a stone...

Absolutely,it was just better in all respects.
It only took me 20 minutes or so to get there,so for me,it's comparable to Oldbury in that respect.
Thanks for the recommendation mate-appreciated

+1 when we lived in rural warwickshire... they looked after my motor for more than 1 year. Never had any problems with them like you do with some of the tosspots down here in London.

An update...
My car went in on Monday for an oil and brake fluid service.I also had a bonnet release handle and painted tail gate bracket on order for replacement under warranty.
As they mentioned that they will try and price match for the service,I gave them my indys quote of 228.
Anyway, upon arriving,no waiting about and I was seen very quickly.
I made sure that I went to someone who I hadn't dealt with before in the service dept,to see how they compared.I was pleasantly surprised and the price match wasn't an issue.
I left my car in the hands of a really nice tech-remembered me and my car and came across really well-especially when I explained my Clifford Blackjax which always stumped the fucktards at Sytner Oldbury.
Anyway,I had a call later on in the day with a bit of bad news-the bonnet release wasn't covered under warranty. However,it was only going to cost 40 supplied and fitted,so no issues.
Good-ish news is that an oil leak was discovered around the intake manifold-but this would be covered under the warranty.New intake manifold ordered and fitted-saving me £524!
Had to leave the car with them an extra day-not a problem and it was all, sorted late on Tuesday.
So,all in all,I'm really happy and as they are happy to price match, this will probably mean that I use them more than I used my Indy.
Highly recommended dealership-don't hesitate to use them...
