I'm going to start WW3 but here's my take...
EB2 = sporty and stands out MG = classy, understated and subtle Silver = boring and common |

I've got MG and I do like it. I also like EB(my wife really doesn't) but personally I think I would get board of it after a while. Would never have black, next one probably AW

I would have the silver if I had another, looks stunning in M-Sport spec and very unusual, hardly see any on the roads. Would definitely go with the the coral red leather too with this colour.
EB is a little shouty, but it's a beautiful colour and seems to change with the different light conditions, a great choice but quite popular. MG was my wife's choice (and she subsequently chose for her 1 series) but for me it's bland and drab, it's the colour of a rainy british miserable day |

Actually, I'm going to go against the grain here, but I think the M Sport models look pretty good in silver, especially if you get the black grill trims etc...
That Moonstone car that was pictured in another thread on here looked really nice.. and, of course, Tanzanite Blue.. but I would say that, would't I

EBII is a great colour (bias as I have this), but perhaps a little common?
Personally I don't like MG- found it a bit dull and boring, though that was on a demo SE car, rather than a MSport. I do like grey, but prefer the lighter ones like Space Grey on the E9x and F1x cars. Silver used to be too common generally, but not so much now, I think had EBII not been such a great colour we would have gone with this. I generally prefer lighter metallic colours myself, as they don't show swirls marks and dirt so much, and reward a good polish/wax. Also, dark tourers, with dark windows, have a hint of hearse about them... not a good look! |

It's really simple.
EBII 1st, 2nd, and 3rd. Reason: EBIIm in the morning EBIIa in the afternoon EBIIn at night So, it's EBIIman. A manly colour it sure is! Three different colours for the price of one. And that's my inverted logic.

I'm MG purely because I adore dark grey, all my cars have been grey in the past 8 years and I'm too narrow minded to consider anything else!
MSport looks great in Silver, EB11 also looks great. Not sure I've seen any more Silver than EB11 around the Surrey area. Have you a chance to view a few at some stealers, always better to see in person? |

I do notice a lot of EB though, but decided it's my favourite colour so bollocks to whatever anyone else has. Doesn't help that they have the same colours for 1 series too, where EB is v popular too. |
