2014 F32 435xd MSport in EBII

Hey there!

I finally managed to finish all the paperwork for my new F32 and got it home on Friday - so I had the time to go and get some pictures of it.
I only drove it around 125miles so far and I'm still getting to know the car, but I'm loving it so far

If I were to compare it to my previous S60, the biggest change comes from how the car handles.
This one feels more planted, sharper and more predictable. The brakes haven't reached their full potential yet, but I'm certain I won't be disappointed.

The engine's got a really nice tune, it almost doesn't sound like a diesel, especially when you put the food down.
I haven't had the heart to really push the car yet - but man oh man, it's really asking for it

Quad tips is only for the M cars, probably a typo from you. But from now on left and right tips is reserved for 35i cars only. 30d and 35d are dual pipes left...

I wish the US spec cars same with just the mph info in the instrument cluster, looks so much cleaner with the Kmh info only.

Correct, I meant the dual tips: one on the left and one on the right. Thanks for the correction.

So the "d" variants keep the dual tips to the left? Hmmm, I'd rather keep them split like the 35i. Oh well...

Yes, it's a pity that they don't offer dual separated exhausts like the 435i.
Maybe they only think of the i as the "worthy" one

With regards to the gearbox, I certainly don't miss the manual. The 8speed sports auto seems to just "be" in the right gear every time. And in any case, there are the pedals. That said, I do understand why some people prefer a manual.

I've been working at CERN for a couple of years (ATLAS Pixel DCS) but left 4 years ago to work in the industry.

Rest assured that I would have asked to see your car in person, would I still be around ;-) It is notoriously difficult to find an EBII F32 in my area (which is really curious as we have like 100 BMW dealers in a 50 km radius...)
