Clunking noise...
I'm getting a clunking noise when turning wheel. This happens while the car is in park. Below is the link to the noise. I have already replaced tie rod end and inner ball joint. What do u guys think?

wow thats a bad one, uhhhh, control arms? power steering? Did you pull the wheels off to see if anything under there is cracked? Maybe something isn't tightened all the way?

I had one mechanic tell me it's the rack and pinion.

To me it sounds like something is loose. Could that be the tie rod end? Also when I hit a bump I can feel it in the steering wheel.

Check end links you won't even have to take off the wheels. Just curb them one side and try to touch the end link if it feels loose it's gone. You can also touch the ball joint see if fits cracked .

I had a clicking/clunking sound when turning the steering wheel. It was more pronounced when the car was stopped/in park, but I was able to feel it at 20-30mph speeds as well. 3 trips to the dealer later and much complaining, they found that it was a bad lower joint assembly of the steering rack and replaced it. Noise is gone.
