Old Skool ! I'll bet that sounds great on HK - begs the question what would be the appropriate vehicle of the time though ?!?

Derek & Clive (!) downloaded from Online Entertainment
Bit of OMD, Athlete, The Cure, Status Quo (I kid you not) & oh yes, I had New Order's Blue Monday on the other day, that Kick Drum intro on HK full volume, very inspiring! Quite a lot of radio 4 extra (The Goons, Hancock, Dad's Army etc) when I'm going up or down the M40 for hours. They do repeat the same stuff in a day, listen to something the way up, then driving back it's on again. Most annoying. What about you, @zooberoo? (that wasn't intended to rhyme)

I have mostly been listening to Disclosure, London Grammar and Rudimental. But, AlunaGeorge is playing today.
Has anyone else found that the HK system improves significantly after a month or two?

- "Driving a German Whip, Who told you I serve and flip?"
- "Car makes 6 foot man feel smaller. Treat that man like private caller!" - "Pulling up in a TT, filling up at BP." - "Blacked out windows leaning back. Look like a bowl of peas an' dat." - "Big dogs in this biz, I never see no man chasing frisbees." Genious!

I feel a bit of a fraud replying to this as I'm not in my BMW so have none of the above (yet), but I'm very excited...mainly been listening to BBC 6 Music in the car today, and managed to bag myself a ticket to the Friday of the upcoming 6 Music festival. Line up including Metronomy, Drenge, Kelis, The Horrors, Midlake, HAIM, Luke Sital-Singh... Just gutted I couldn't bag a ticket for the Saturday as well (got to enter payment details but by time it was submitted it had sold out), and so I miss out on a Craig Charles Funk & Soul DJ set.
