Ive been to Boston Foreign Motor when looking for a E90 I wouldn't recommend them. When I went to them the salesman was *teaching* me on how to inspect a good used car, one of his techniques was to slide a finger on every gap to see if theres any imperfections or inconsistencies on the body work. I did that and saw a irregularity between the fender and hood gap, so looked directly in front of the car and noticed that the hood was not aligned. Funny how the salesmen's advice saved me from potentially buying their car. After owning my car I suspect all they had to do was to adjust the bolts in the engine compartment but the car had a Accident history on its car fax and didn't want to risk buying such a car.
It was also advertised on Autotrader for the longest time despite countless price drops. Instead found the perfect E90 in Herb Chambers BMW right down the street.

edit: Also Autobahn USA is a good place as well, ask for Kyle he was a great salesmen even though I couldn't get the right car. There was another guy who I would avoid. If this individual says ask for **** (himself) on the phone then Avoid.

BMW Gallery is great, I've bought a few cars from them and like their service too. Tulley in Nashua usually sucks, but can be OK sometimes.

Yep, instead of paying tax at the dealer, you just pay when you register normally. Tulley probably sells more cars that go to ma than nh so they actually do the work and can take the tax and do the ma registration just like a dealer in ma.
