Are you guys sure? I bought a set of used wheels with tpms from a forum member. He had a e90 LCI, and the tpms worked just fine on my pre lci.

I know for a fact that pre lci tpms won't work on an lci. I can't comment on having lci on a pr lci.

I got LCI Tpms on my car now, but I am getting an error. Is there a special way to reset it?

Take your car to a local car shop which mounts tires (I would recommend the Sears Auto Center on Route 1 near green street (Near Staples). Ask them to use their TPMS wand/device to "reset" each of the TPMS sensors. they can do it just by placing the device near the tire (no need to remove the wheel or dismount the tire). It should be something they could do for free as a "courtesy" IF YOU ASK NICELY!!!

that would be the easiest way to do it and it should only take the guy about 1 minute to walk around to each tire. It'll also give you a good idea if the TPMS sensors are working and have a good battery. This would also be able to let you know which frequency the TPMS's work on and you can look up the specs on your car to see what your car can communicate on???

That's what I would do for the "free" diag.

Hey Robert any update on this? I'm wondering if you got them to work, and if so, what was required.
