The mother of all wobbles

Hi
The past week I have felt a very slight wobble from the rear of the car. I put it down to the shit accelera tyres fitted and wasnt too worried as having conti's fitted Monday. So tonight on my way home the whole car generates a major wobble from the back right. It then stopped, then started again. I got home to check the rear right and it stinks. I have checked the tyre pressures and all ok. What do you think? Stuck or warped disc?.. Rac on their way but wanted some advice from here...
Cheers

Sounds like it could also be to do with one of the suspension arms... I had a bolt shear on one of the arms and the rear end felt very 'loose'.

Track control arms or the bushes.

Jesus!

I wouldn't want to test the wobble at 120mph.

What if the arm let go?
