Help, Changing side marker bulbs

Hi there.
I got the super white blubs for my side markers, since I don't like the orange bulbs.
Has anyone changed their bulbs on E90, if so please provide me instructions.
I looked at it, feels like it has been glued in..

thanks in advance..

I put led lights on mine, they light up amber but are clear when not used. all you do is use your hands and pull from the front to the back of the car, parallel to the car and a LITTLE pressure outwards, (towards you) and ti shoudl pop right off, after you do it once, you'll be able to do it over and over without even thinking about it
