Yes the seats and interior overall makes better use of the M Sport blue detail (I removed this from mine as it didn't look right just across the dash), much better to see it all round and in the stitching

I expect similar will be available in the F30 LCI, as was the case with the E90 LCI

It's not just the stitching, the shape is different too. The back goes up higher, and the headrest is sunk into it. The side bolsters also look more pronounced. They look more like the seats I had in my LCI E92. I like them a lot!

I saw that, just thought I'd mention the stitching, I see on the configurator you can spec with or without stitching. Maybe the seats are built up more to support things like the seatbelt and air collar?

Seats on convertible's were always more comfortable and better looking than standard saloon/coupe seats, ever since the days of e46, e93...

They always come with electric adjustment as standard, even the head rests are electric.

One thing I badly miss moving to a saloon..

Sure, fair enough. Probably right about seatbelt and air collar.
