More Issues
Hi guys, it's me again. Decided to go with the DPF delete to fix DPF error, now all I need to fix is the passenger electric seat not working.
Apparently the motor works but the seat may have come off the rails or have a bend in it as it moves all ways but back and forward. Any thoughts? Next question, I have an E92 325D 2008, does mine have an EGR valve? The reason for asking is the fact that pretty much anything that can go wrong with this car has done so thinking EGR issues will be next and might as well get it deleted out or replaced before it causes more hassle. All help appreciated as always guys! Thanks, H |

How many miles is it on?
Yes they get clogged up over time, you can remove it and clean it with carb spray and refit! I checked mine recently at 80k miles (320d) but same idea and it was almost spotless inside :O didnt even warrant a clean. |

Erm no i didnt but i have work on cars before.
Remove engine cover and you should be able to see it, connects to inlet manifold one side and the other is from the intercooler. I think there is also a water pipe off it that goes to an egr cooler I think they just get clogged up whatever the scenario tbh but mine was suprisingly clean, unless its failed in a previous ownership and been swapped out |
